Lingual braces are fitted to the inside of teeth and are not visible when viewing teeth due to their positioning. They are perfect for those with moderate to severe requirements to straighten teeth yet do not want to comprimise on their appearence. Lingual braces are the discrete way to straighten teeth, providing the perfect cosmetic alternative to conventional braces that are often bulky and aesthetically displeasing.

They are bonded to the back of the teeth and should not be removed, but they are a good comprimise between those that need a strong set of braces to straighten their teeth and those who do not wish to appear to be wearing braces.

Usually 2 visits are required to have the braces completed as they are custom made to your teeth.

The first visit will consist of a mould being taken of your teeth with the second to be the fitting. They are permanent so they cannot be removed until the treatment has been completed. They are a good alternative when Invisalign is not an option for you.
